Exercise Therapy

Exercise Therapy is a regimen or plan of physical activities designed and prescribed for specific therapeutic goals. Its purpose is to work towards the restoration of normal musculoskeletal function or to reduce pain above and below the site of injury caused by diseases or injuries through neuro reeducation, gait training and therapeutic activities.  It is highly repetitive and intensive in nature, requiring time and dedication on the part of the client to encourage neuroplasticity.  Clients who participate in an exercise therapy program can benefit from increased motor or sensory function, increased independence, reduction of medication, reduction of hospital visits, and increased overall health.

Muscular Stimulation

This is an electrical muscular stimulation of treating muscular injuries. It works by sending electronic pulses to the muscles.This causes the muscles to exercise passively. In turn , muscle exercise can cause, either... muscle relaxation to reduce spasms or to enhance muscle strength.


Ultrasound generates deep ultrasonic waves within body tissue for the treatment of selected medical conditions, such as, pain relief, muscle spasms, and joint contractions. This is a therapeutic devise that  generate high frequency sound waves traveling deep into the tissue to generate vasodialation which helps increase blood flow to the treated area.


We work with individuals to alleviate and prevent ailments by making dietary recommendations. Their focus is on the belief that there are nutritional and biochemical imbalances in the body that lead to ill health.

Personal training is with an exercise professional with the knowledge and experience to offer advice and guidance in the areas of exercise and fitness. These professionals can assist you by designing a safe and effective exercise program to help you reach personal goals. A personal trainer can assist with weight loss, exercise performance and improved wellness.
